The Government Seems to be given Some Major Directions to the Reserve Bank of India to Increase the production of New Currency for giving relief to the people
Mumbai: The Reserve Bank of India on Sunday announced it will shortly issue new Rs 50 and Rs 20 notes bearing the signature of new Governor Urjit Patel, but existing bank notes of both denominations will continue to be legal tender.

The new Rs 50 notes will have similar design and security features as that of banknotes of Rs 50. These notes will be an extension of the Mahatma Gandhi series-2005.
